CERN has a three year's warranty for screens, desktops and laptops purchased from the CERN Stores and manufactured by companies other than Apple. Standard warranty conditions for Apple desktops and laptops purchased from the CERN Stores are documented here.
If your device is not working properly please try to identify if the warranty is NOT over, by looking in EDH, search for your original DAI / PO (when the device was bought).
Keep in mind that for a system no longer under warranty, a repair may still be possible but potentially expensive. Diagnostic procedures are usually not free of charge!
To open a repair ticket, please fill in the form by opening a snow ticket, which will be handled by a qualified technician. Please remember to specifiy the serial number.
