IT-CDA, Audiovisual Technician

As a member of the conference room management team you will assist to:

• Standardize AV equipment in meeting and conference rooms (running refurbishment projects, contacting clients, choosing, ordering, installing and testing equipment including projectors, LCD screens, audio and video conferencing, sound systems, translation kits)
• Supervise, and sometimes perform yourself, the maintenance and operation of the conference rooms (through a 6-person outsourced contract)
• Supervise, and sometimes perform yourself, the AV support of events, especially VIP visits
• Supervise, and often perform the temporary installation of AV equipment for exceptional events
• Program and update the Extron and Crestron AV equipment controllers
