Operational Coordination, Approval, Decision, Planning and Communication. Supports the Incident, Change and Continual Improvement SM processes. Aim for optimising the usage of resources, provide stable and reliable services of predefined quality

Incidents, Changes, Interventions, Service Level Reports, Other Information.

Format

All services with relevant input submit their report at latest 16:00 on the Thursday before the weekly C5.

Follow-up

Follow up to C5-members and minutes are created.
