Technical Delivery
As part of the Technical Delivery cluster of groups we encourage applications as Technical Coordinator for Service Performance Qualification.
The Technical Delivery groups provides the technical services of the department and is focussed on optimising their resource efficiency and service effectiveness for the CERN community.
Functions
As a member of the Technical Delivery coordination team you contribute to:
- collection and analysis of operational and performance indicators used in monthly Operations Review meetings
- collection and analysis of longer term usage indicators used in quarterly Strategic Technical Delivery Forums
- preparation of input to the Change and Release Boards and the documentation of their results
