Scope
Focus on technical matters that may be of interest to all IT department, e.g. Projects in early stages to profit from the technical expertise and suggestions from all IT department members, brain storming.
Format
2 hour slot to facilitate different formats that may foster discussion. However most ITTF speakers stick to a 45-50 minutes presentation followed by questions/discussion.
