Accessibility Statement

The IT Department is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of this website and, in doing so, adhere to internationally accepted standards and guidelines.

This website tries to focus on user-centered principles of accessibility; Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust ("POUR"), following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Version 2.0 (WCAG 2.0). These guidelines, drawn up by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

We seek to ensure that this website is accessible to people who use assistive technology such as screen readers and speech-input software and those unable to use a mouse or a pointing device.

However, accessibility is a journey, and we fully admit we're in the early stages. If you encounter any barriers to fully using the content on this website, please let us know so we can look into what may be causing the issue and help you accomplish what you're here to do.
