On termination of your contract at CERN, you will have to undertake a few departure formalities which are detailed on your "Termination sheet" (on paper for Users and in EDH for all other personnel).

Please make sure that you return all CERN equipment in your possession:

• Car tokens and Yubikeys must be returned to the IT Secretariat
• GSM: the account should be closed in EDH and the mobile phone returned to your Section Leader
• Laptops and all other equipment should be returned to your Section Leader

Before returning any iOS or Android device, please make sure that they have been properly cleaned as detailed in KB0005824.
