KEY REQUEST

To request a key, please fill in this form. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your key is available at the Key service in building 55.

LOCK REQUEST

To request a lock, please fill in this form.

CHANGE OF OFFICES

  • Removal of furniture

You have to fill in the EDH document to have your furniture moved to your new office or to Building 133 (Recuperation and Sales Service)

  • Telephone

If you need a landline telephone, please follow the procedure to request a fixed line (with the approval of your supervisor).

  • Notification of change

If you move offices or notice a mistake on your information in the CERN phonebook, please inform the IT secretariat and we will be glad to make the changes in the database for you.

CHANGE OF PERSONAL ADDRESS

If you change your private address, please fill in the EDH document to inform the Organisation.
