Telecom/Software Engineer in the IT-CS group, for the operation, maintenance and development of telecommunication services, in particular IP telephony. As a member of a team of network and telecom engineers, you will contribute to the:

• deployment, operation and maintenance of IP telephony and unified communication services based on commercial/public domain software packages;
• operation and development of the CERN PBX networks including advanced services such as call centres and least cost routing;
• design and deployment of new telecommunication projects related to fixed telephony, mobile services, and radio services; and
• production of associated documentation and procedures.

The experience required for this post is:

• Demonstrated experience in the field of VoIP technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in the field of complex systems integration.
• Experience in services’ maintenance and operation.
